Dr. Stephen Drinnon earned his B.S. in Pharmacy and later added the Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy (SWOSU-COP). After over 20 years of managing pharmacies, he moved into a teaching position at his alma mater. He is an Assistant Professor of Community Pharmacy and teaches multiple courses in this area of practice. He holds several training certificates, including specializations in tobacco treatment, medication therapy management, and point of care testing. He is board certified in medication therapy management and has provided his expertise to the writing and review of the national board exam. In addition, he is a co-director of the Agape Medical Clinic, a free indigent care clinic serving rural Oklahomans. He is active with many SWOSU-COP organizations, including Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity. He was recently voted AACP Teacher of the Year for the pharmaceutical sciences department and received the SWOSU-COP Brandy Alumni Service Award for 2021.
